Owner
Carma has been a creative force in the design industry for more than 30 years. She is an award-winning interior designer published in magazines such as Gulf Shore Life of Southwest Florida, and The Builder’s Journal, and she appeared on the cover of Fort Wayne Women’s Magazine. Carma is an established designer of high acclaim and personal integrity. Her repertoire of projects crosses the United States as well as the Caribbean. Her opinions are sought by those who keep the pulse of the design industry. Her work has been featured in Lauflen Tile and Grabill Cabinets’ ad campaigns, and she has served on the board of directors for Children’s Hope. Her diverse background in residential and commercial interior design lends her the opportunity to create unique spaces for her clients. She excels in designing all environments from high-end residential homes to commercial spaces, including restaurants and healthcare facilities.

After finishing her degree, Kayla joined Choice Designs in 2009, where she thrives on helping homeowners create their dream spaces. Her deep-rooted background in the home building industry, cultivated from an early age, allows her to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each project. A graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Kayla is dedicated to transforming the visions and desires of homeowners into beautiful realities.

After earning her degree, Kayla joined Choice Designs in 2009, where she helps homeowners create their dream spaces. With a strong background in home building and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Purdue University, she transforms homeowners' visions into beautiful realities. In her free time, Kayla enjoys reading, fitness, cross-stitching, and singing worship music, reflecting her personal interests and faith. Her unique blend of skills and passion makes a significant impact at Choice Designs.

Design Manager
With over 10 years of design experience, Erin brought her knowledge of furniture sales, flooring, and cabinet design with her to Choice Designs in 2014. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and is also an allied member of ASID. As a designer, her goal is to produce interiors with a renewed perspective that exclusively reflects her clienteles’ wants, needs, and also their budget. Outside of Choice Designs, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband and stepdaughter, reading, lake days in Michigan, and playing soccer. She is constantly changing and updating her own home with new trends and styles.

Senior Designer
Stephanie Schnurr is a Senior Designer and Remodeling Specialist at Choice Designs, practicing residential and commercial design since 2004. Stephanie also experienced new home construction as a Selection Coordinator for Granite Ridge Builders for many years. With a background in floral design, Stephanie has more than 35 years of design experience.

Window Treatment Specialist
Joyce brings more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design specializing in custom window fashions, designer bedding and accessories. Joyce enjoys the collaborative process between client and designer. Her goal is to offer options for every design with solutions that are unique and personal to each client.

Drew Walker

Flooring and Staging Specialist
With nearly 5 years of design experience, Drew brought his knowledge of tile sales, kitchen design and bath design with him to Choice Designs in 2023. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and trying out new restaurants. His current favorite design style is modern with traditional elements.
